iPod on black market

A woman thought she got a bargain when she bought what she thought was an iPad in a McDonald’s parking lot.

Ashley McDowell, 22, only discovered after she got home that she’d splashed out $180 – for an iPlank.

Instead of the cutting edge tablet, she got a block of painted wood with an Apple logo.

Miss McDowell told the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s office in South Carolina that she was scammed by two men who approached her on Monday night and offered to sell her a cheap iPad.

The men claimed they bought the computers in bulk and were selling them at a cut rate $300 each, well below the regular list price of $499.

Although Miss McDowell said she only had $180, the men quickly agreed to the additional discount and she paid out the cash without checking inside the box.

It was only later that she opened the FedEx packaging to find she’d been duped.

The screen was painted, framed with black tape and had pasted icons for a web browser, email inbox and iPhoto. A fake Best Buy sales receipt was also in the box.

The men took off in a Chevvy Impala, but police said thery were not close to an arrest.

New gen of gaming counsels

Ever played Mario or Pacman? If yes then you might know a little about xbox 360 and PS3 (playstation3). This is a new gen of gaming counsels and it is far more advance then the ones we played Mario on. PS3 is more advance in technology, but xbox360 delivered games that people want and its a big plus. On xbox360 you can play video games, watch movies, listen to music and listen to it while playing any game and the great thing is playing online with other people. They call it XBOX LIVE. While it will cost you $50 a year for gold membership it works great and its easy to use. PS3 also has online and its free, but it has its problems by lagging and acting up. I guess u get what you pay for. As I mentioned that you can watch movies on xbox, you can also sign up with netfilx. PS3 also give you ability to watch movies and it also has blue ray player built in. While one is better in one part and other in something else, both consles are fun to play and have one of the best games of all time. Graphics, sound and physics are far more advance then it was in the old games like Mario.

Logitech computer speakers

When it comes to speakers I can say that everybody likes a good sound. I like some bass in my car but really didn't think about computer speakers that much. The Logitech Computer Speaker System provides rich, enveloping sounds for a complete music or gaming experience. There are many different speakers you can get for your computer, but these are good for your buck. With the control pod, you can connect a pair of headphones to delve through your action-packed gaming or listen to your favorite songs in privacy. It is also compatible with both Windows and Mac.

This is a front cover of magazine "lucky". Im not sure whats it about I think its about jewelry, clothes and some other stuff for women. There type logo is part behind of Milla Jovocich head and she is known from playing in movies like Resen evil. Logo is in white and background is pink, and its easy to read and those two colors work good together. Other type on the cover is info about whats in this magazine issue. Some is in black some in white and what they want most attention is in red. There is white font in black box at top which says "The Magazine About Shoping", so its shopping magazine.

This is a cover of a magazine typo. The magazine for type. It is there 5th Annual Typography Issue and that I think about that part of the type on the page is that they would maybe make it a bit bigger and more important. Other type that they have on the game is there logo "typo" with "p" reverse. I don't know if all of there front pages game there logo "typo" sideways but in this case it looks good and if anybody know about this magazine without reading they will know what it says. I like that they have color change on "p" and made the small latter kinda connecting "p" the same color. Over all color with type and pictures works.

This page would be a from page of Game Informer magazine. It is a game magazine and the game on this page is Grand Theft Auto IV. Font of this game is also a logo that when anybody sees this knows automatically what is this game about. Since Grand Theft Auto I for PSone, they always had same font with makes up there logo. Other thing that is going on in this page is font from game informer. They always have something overlapping there font, but make it sill readable. In this month issue Nikos(guy in picture) head is overlapping there title. Smaller font is used as small info about this magazine, what people can expect its going to be in this magazine. Other thing that game informer does is adjust there color or there font to match the picture so everything works together.

This would be a page from page 09 magazine. I found this online and I think this is some magazine from another country. I can tell that it says “Fotografia por Lara Bolges”, which I don’t know what it means. It looks like it is a font similar to futura, but there logo or just weird looking lettering across the page is not that readable. I can’t tell if its just some funny looking logo or if it’s a word.
